Madison Behrens is a key member of the JBL Construction team, bringing a well-rounded background in residential, commercial, and industrial construction, along with experience in business development. Having grown up around the family business, Madison worked with JBL through his early years until 2020 before rejoining the team in 2023. During his time away, he gained extensive commercial and industrial experience, contributing to large-scale projects across the country, including work for major transportation companies such as CSX, Norfolk Southern, Amtrak, and BNSF. That broader industry exposure now informs his strategic, detail-driven approach to projects at JBL.

Madison holds relevant licenses and certifications, and his education in construction management and business gives him the tools to support complex builds with both confidence and precision. He’s known for his calm leadership, strong work ethic, and unwavering attention to detail. Madison takes pride in helping the community he grew up in, transforming homes into spaces that families are truly proud of—all while getting to do it alongside his own family at JBL.

Outside of work, you’ll find Madison enjoying time on the golf course, playing tennis, watching football, or spending time with his wife, Jill, and son, Tate.
